This document explains how to pass any data from an Email Incident to Media Bar.

Telephony Platform: UCCE

Purpose

1. To list the data in the Interaction "View Data".
2. To display the data in the Interaction Panel.
3. To update the data into the Interaction Table.

Requirement

• UCCE Server should have Peripheral variable available to use. 
  1. Since UCCE does not support to use custom variable to attach data with an Interaction. 
  2. UCCE has peripheral variable for this purpose.

Configure Queue Adapter

• In this example, we assume UCCE has peripheral variables pv2 and pv3 are available.
•  We use pv2 to attach customer's EmailAddress and pv3 to attach Email Incident's ReferenceNumber.
