Description & Symptoms
This issue is related to a new Chrome flag preventing Oracle Fusion Live Window not storing local data.
The problem is causing issues with PopFlow PopSearch and Select and prevents the data gathered in Live Window from being shared in a new PopSearch and Select window.
Workaround
Enables partitioning of third-party storage by top-level site. Note: this is under active development and may result in unexpected behavior.

Disable the "Experimental third-party storage partitioning" flag.
Resolution
Disable the use of #third-party-storage-partitioning :
- To "Disable" this flag open Chrome and type this in the address bar: chrome://flags
- Then search “storage”
- Find “Experimental thrid-party storage partitioning"
- Then change click the "default" dropdown and change it to “disable”
This will resolve the issue.
