Popflow Experience Designer is a visual interface designer that allows customers to build custom experiences for agents. The Experience Designer includes a variety of “Activities.” 

 

Each Activity is a software object that either handles information and interrupts, includes decisional logic, or presents a screen pop to a customer service representative’s screen. 

 

These activities are then displayed visually in the Designer environment to allow a non-CTI programmer to design an agent's experience.

 

With PopFlow Experience Designer you can:

  • Build custom screen pops based on Interaction data.
  • Take full advantage of CTI data and build custom flows.
  • Test different call scenarios with different workflows to tune a better customer experience.
  • Pull data and from 3rd party data endpoints.
