What's changing?
The Harmony Media Bar Dial Pad is getting an updated look-and-feel.
Agents will still be able to perform the following activities directly from the Dial Pad:
- Answer InboundCalls
- Place Outbound Calls
- Perform Quick Dial actions
- Expand and Collapse the Dial Pad
…and all other legacy Dial Pad functionality.
