Building and reusing HTTP connections with AppConnector
Do you wish there was an easier way to build and manage your HTTP connections in PopFlow? Allow us to introduce you to the AppConnector Preview Feature.
AppConnector allows you to build connections once and reuse them everywhere. Think of it as a PopFlow for the person building your PopFlows.
With AppConnector you can:
- Build secure API connections from other applications to PopFlow
- Reuse the connections multiple times
- Secure HTTP requests and payloads server-side

In-App Help - right at your fingertips!
We’re making it easier for you to access help content, best practices, content updates, and product support. Soon you’ll be able to access in-app help with the click of a button.
You can access:
- How to content on building PopFlows
- Commonly used PopFlow templates
- Take a walkthrough tour of the updated UI

Configuration Server Updates
Configuration Server received a few updates that allow you to bulk import and delete CTI agents and CRM users via .csv file.
✨ Fresh New Look
We polished up our user interface with a few new visual enhancements.
We took the features and functionality you know-and-love in PopFlow and wrapped them up in a more streamlined design. We also made it easy to add Product feedback and feature requests directly from the UI.

The Experience Designer UI received a few tweaks as well. With the new UI you can:
- View and organize PopFlows by Events and/or Published status
- Build, design, and edit PopFlows
- Import and Export PopFlows

🔒 We're (Even More) Secure
Security is always a top priority for both us and our clients. We made a few security enhancements
- Updated password complexity rules to keep your accounts safe and make passwords tougher to crack.
- Build, reuse, and secure connections with AppConnector to make PopFlow connections more secure with their data passage and handling.
