🏆 New, Improved, and Easier to Use
At OpenMethods, we strive to enhance our products and deliver top-notch customer experience. We are thrilled to inform you that we have recently incorporated a new set of product videos into our portfolio.
🎉 Learn how to build, design, and test PopFlows with our new “University” series!
PopFlow University scratches the surface of learning the basics of designing workflows using PopFlow.
The e-courses have lessons that are less than 10 minutes long, making them perfect for learning how to construct and use the Experience Designer. Each section includes a high-level video, and if you want to learn more, you can click the launch module for step-by-step instructions. It's like having a guide to follow.
🔧 We have made various product tweaks, enhancements, security, and bug fixes.
Your feedback on issues, bugs, and ideas for enhancements has been extremely helpful to us. We've taken action and rolled out many product updates and enhancements. For a more in-depth look at the details, please refer to our changelog!
✨ Preview The Fresh New Look
🎗️ The Preview Experience Designer UI is updated!
We are constantly working on enhancing and updating our "preview" user interface. You can view and sort PopFlows by Events and/or Published status.
- Build, design, and edit PopFlows.
- Import and Export PopFlows
ℹ️ We are planning to make the new UI our default soon. Therefore, we encourage you to test it out and provide us with your valuable feedback as we continue the preview phase. Have you already tried the new UI? If not, please give it a test drive. We appreciate your help in improving our product.
🆕 Zendesk Partnership & Integration!
We are pleased to announce that we have established a new integration and partnership with Zendesk. Check out our product page here for more information about OpenMethods & Zendesk or the Zendesk Marketplace.
