The Harmony Dial Pad is getting a UI refresh to make it easier and more intuitive to use. Check out the details below to learn more.

 

 

What's changing?

 

The Harmony Media Bar Dial Pad is getting an updated look-and-feel.

Agents will still be able to perform the following activities directly from the Dial Pad:

  • Answer InboundCalls
  • Place Outbound Calls
  • Perform Quick Dial actions
  • Expand and Collapse the Dial Pad

…and all other legacy Dial Pad functionality.
